Decide if you want the finished brochure to have a slick shiny appearance or a flat matte look. HP manufactures brochure paper in available in both glossy and matte.

Buy HP Laser Glossy Tri-fold Brochure Paper if your brochure will be folded into three parts. The trifold paper is prefolded, which will eliminate crooked fold lines on the final product.

Insert the HP brochure paper into the feeder tray of your printer.

Click "Print" on the document on your computer that you want to print onto the brochure paper.

Click "Setup" or "Properties" when the print dialog opens to access the printer options.

Refer to your printer's instruction manual to set the paper type to glossy if you are using glossy paper. Then look for the paper-orientation setting and switch the paper layout from "Portrait" to "Landscape".

Print a single test page and check to make sure that the margins, colors and text all look correct. If they look correct, print as many copies of the brochure as desired. If they are not correct, go back into the printer settings and make any necessary adjustments until the desired look is achieved.
