How to Make an Electronic Air Soft Gun More Powerful
An electronic airsoft gun relies on a spring to power the piston propelling the projectile from the barrel. You can make the airsoft gun more powerful by stretching the spring so that it will propel the projectile with greater feet per second (fps). You will need a few tools to partially disassemble the gun, but no electrical skills. Making the electronic airsoft gun more powerful will not void any warranty that might be in place.

Remove the cartridge from the electronic airsoft gun. Cock the firing chamber to ensure that no ammunition is in the chamber.

Place a soft cloth on a table. Place the electronic airsoft gun on the table with the barrel facing to the left.

Remove the screws from the face plate on the handle with the flat-head screwdriver. Pull off the face plate. Put the face plate aside.

Clamp the jaws of the pliers against the top chamber next to the hammer. Pull up on the chamber while pushing it to the right with the other hand. Stop pushing the chamber when it locks into position.

Insert the tip of the flat-head screwdriver beneath the chamber at the left side. Pull up on the tip of the flat-head screwdriver to loosen the chamber. Repeat this procedure at the middle and the side of the chamber. Repeat this procedure at the left, middle and right side of the chamber on the other side of the electronic airsoft gun.

Pull the chamber up and off the electronic airsoft gun from the top edge at the right side by the hammer. Place the chamber aside.

Remove the spring from the hole beneath the barrel on the left side. Place the spring aside. Press the trigger of the electronic airsoft gun.

Push the rod at the top of the gun to the right using your fingers. The rod will click into place.

Insert the tip of the flat-head screwdriver between the seam of the black nub and the rod at the right side. Lift up on the tip of the flat-head screwdriver to loosen the black nub from the end of the rod. Pull the black nub off the rod. Place the black nub aside.

Pull back the hammer of the gun. Grab hold of the right side of the rod. Pull the right side of the rod up up with your fingers. Remove the white nub lying against the spring on the right side with your fingers. Remove the spring from inside of the rod.

Spray silicone spray inside the top of the gun from the side closest to the hammer.

Stretch the spring between your hands. Hold the stretched spring for at least 30 seconds before releasing it. Place the white nub into the right side of the spring with the head of the white nub facing outward.

Put the free end of the spring back into the rod at the top of the electronic air soft gun. Push the spring fully into the rod while lining up the notch on the white nub so that it engages the opening in the rod. Push the rod back down onto the top of the electronic air soft gun.

Turn the barrel of the electronic air soft gun to the right. Push up on the rod at the middle top edge with the flat-head screwdriver until the white piece inside the rod clicks into position.

Slide the black nub onto the rod. Reverse the disassembly process to reassemble the electronic airsoft gun. Put the magazine cartridge back into the electronic airsoft gun.
