How to Make a Price Flyer
Set your company up for business by taking care of necessities such as creating a price flyer for your sales staff. Price flyers may be used by order-taking personnel, sales staff working up a total or handed out to potential customers so they have an idea of your offerings. There's no need to pay expensive design fees for a graphics firm to make your flyers when you can create them yourself on your computer. Use the Paint program---basic software included with your computer's installation---to make your own price flyers.

1
Open Paint, click "File" and select "Open." Browse to where you have your company logo stored on your computer and double-click the file, which opens in the Paint workspace.
-
2
Click the "Selection" tool on the toolbar; the tool looks like a square made of broken lines. Draw an outline around the logo and right-click inside the lines, then select "Copy."
-
-
3
Pull down the "File" menu and click "New." If a message comes up about saving your logo, click "No." Click "Image" and select "Attributes." Set the dimensions as 8.5 inches-by-11 inches and click "OK."
-
4
Right-click the white page and select "Paste," which pastes in the company logo. Drag it with your cursor to the top left section of the page or wherever you prefer.
-
5
Click the "Text" tool, which looks like an "A" and click on the flyer. Select a font and size, then type the flyer headline, such as "Couch Price Sheet" or "Order Total."
-
6
Add text for the items being priced and their prices, one per line, such as "Devil's Food Cake for 16, $32" or "Sectional Sofa, was $799, now $699."
-
7
Click lower on the flyer, reduce the font size and type additional text, such as your address and contact information, website, return policy or sales staff hours.
-
8
Click the "Paintbrush" tool, select the medium round brush head and a color from the "Color Picker" at the bottom of the screen, then draw a design on the flyer to go with what's being priced, such as a couch, television or cake.
