How to Get a Navel Rock Ticket in Sapphire

Pokemon's third generation versions Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald contain the most available Pokemons to catch, to train and to trade. The rarest and hardest to catch are legendary Pokemons--usually only one of a kind exists in the game. These "legendaries" roam the plain, guard mystical towers, hide in ominous caves and even protect the holy monuments. However, there are legendaries that only appear with the help of Pokemon events around the world.

Instructions

1. Attend a Nintendo event for Pokemon to obtain a Mystic Ticket (see References). This is the only way in the entire game to get the Mystic Ticket. These events are held worldwide and happen quite frequently.

2. Fly to Slateport of Lilycove City. Talk to the sailor in front of the ferry to use the Mystic Ticket, select Navel Rock as the destination and board the ferry.

3. Wait a few seconds to hear a "Ding." Exit the ferry to arrive at Navel Rock. Choose the left path to reach Ho-oh and the right path to reach Lugia.
