Defrost the cake in the refrigerator for 48 hours.

Remove the cake from the refrigerator about two hours before eating the cake.

Unwrap the cake and allow it to sit out at room temperature for about two hours until you are ready to serve it.

Tips & Warnings
Do not defrost your cake at room temperature immediately after removing it from the freezer. Defrosting your cake too quickly will cause a lot of condensation to form on it.
