How to Find Land Plots
Locating a vacant lot or land for sale is the foundation for building your dream home. Land plots fall under two categories: brownfields and greenfields. Brownfields are land plots that require clean up due to contaminants, according to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Greenfields are unused plots left to nature or deemed untouched by contaminants.
