If one picture on your personalized T-shirt is not enough, and you want to liven it up with a second picture of either the same image or something in a similar vein, you'll need to know how to design a T-shirt with front and back pictures. You can create T-shirts with front and back pictures by uploading pictures at online retailers like Zazzle and Cafe Press.

Instructions

1. Go to an online retailer that fits your price and style options. Cafe Press (cafepress.com) and Zazzle (zazzle.com) are two popular online retailers that offer the option to create T-shirts with front and back pictures.

2. Click on the button or link on the page that allows you to personalize an item.

3. Select the gender/age (men's, women's, kid's), style (ringer, fitted, etc.), and color of the T-shirt you are designing. A template showing the front of your T-shirt will appear.

4. Click on the option that allows you to upload an image to the front of your T-shirt. Locate the image on your hard drive and upload it to the template.

5. Click on the option that allows you to view the back of your T-shirt. Repeat the image upload process for the back of your T-shirt using the same design or something new.

6. Finalize your design, add the T-shirt to your cart and pay for your T-shirt by entering your personal and credit card information.
