How to Fix a Problem With a System Idle Process

System Idle Process is an entry in the Task Manager of your computer that shows the amount of resource time the CPU has to dedicate to other tasks. Where System Idle Process is a relatively high percentage, it indicates that the CPU has plenty of "free time" on its hands, good news for computing speed. Where it is low, it indicates the CPU is having difficulty keeping up with the imposed demands.
