Instructions

    • 1

Fill the bottom of the smaller bag with crumpled up newspapers. Twist the bag so the part with the newspapers in it forms a head, and the rest will form the turkey's long neck.

    • 2

Glue (or draw) eyes on to the turkey's head. Use the red balloon for the turkey's wattle; glue this on the turkey's chin.

    • 3

Cut a small hole about an inch from the bottom of the large bag. The turkey's neck should fit into this hole; place the neck into the hole. The large bag will be the turkey's body.

    • 4

Fill the large bag about 2/3 full with the crumpled up newspapers. Secure it with a rubber band.

    • 5

Create two feet by cutting them out of the brown felt and gluing them to the turkey.

    • 6

Snip feather shapes out of different colors of construction paper and glue them to the back of the turkey for his tail feathers.
