How to Get a Transportation Business License in Tucson, AZ

Obtain a City of Tucson business application by printing it from the City of Tucson's Finance page.

Complete the form, being sure to fill in all required fields, including business name, business address and business owners.

Mail the form to City of Tucson City Hall, being sure to include a check to cover the license and application fees. Fees are prorated, so be sure to check the bottom of the form to determine the correct amount.

Go to the City of Tucson's "New License Registration" webpage. Click "Privilege License" under the License Type. Type in the business start date in the field below, and click "ok."

Follow the remaining steps for filling out the online application, including providing a business name, business owner and other details about your new business.

Review your application before hitting "submit." After you've submitted the application, provide your bank account information, including a routing number, to pay the applicable license and application fees.
