Instructions

    • 1

Purchase a plastic, 10 gallon, circular trashcan with a lid from a hardware store for around $20. Buy three bags of ice and keep them refrigerated.

    • 2

With the jigsaw, cut a small circular hole into the center of the plastic lid allowing enough room for the tap of the mini keg to be exposed.

    • 3

Place the mini keg into the 10 gallon trashcan. Dump the three bags of ice on top of the mini keg filling the trashcan. Situate the newly cut lid securely on top of the trashcan locking in the keg and the ice.

    • 4

Insert the tap into the mini keg through the circular incision. Wrap tinfoil around any remaining space between the tap and the keg creating insulation to lock in the cold temperature produced from the ice. Allow the keg to chill for at least an hour.
