Install a landing net holder. Position the holder so all anglers have access to the net. Place the long-handled net in the holder.

Tips & Warnings

  • Attaching the fish finder transducer to the base of the trolling motor makes sure the fish finder is always looking directly at the spot being fished.

  • Purchase rods of different lengths. Different length rods will ensure fewer line tangles and spread lures over a wider area, helping to catch more fish.

  • Crappie have very soft mouths and need to be landed with a net. Long-handled nets allow landing a fish when standing at any position in the boat.

  • Different localities allow use of different numbers of rods per fisherman. Take care to fully understand the game laws of the area being fished.
