1
Cut out card stock in rectangles that are 6 inches tall by 5 inches wide. Each player will need one card. If players will be using permanent inks or droppers to make bingo marks during the game, you will need more cards.
-
2
Draw a grid on each card, dividing the card into 1-inch-by-1-inch squares. There will be four vertical lines and five horizonal lines.

-
3
Write the letters "B," "I, "N," "G," "O" in the five boxes along the top of the cards.
-
4
Locate the centermost empty square in the card. Designate this center square as a freebie space by writing "FREE" in it on each card.
-
5
Lay out all the cards in front of you on a table. Start with the number one. Write a "1" in the "B" column of the first card. Skip the next two cards. Write a "1" in the "B" column of the fourth card. Continue this pattern on the remaining cards.

Continue the process of numbering by doing the same with the number "2," only this time start with the second card. Be sure to place only the following numbers in the following columns:
B: 1-15
I: 16-30

Tips & Warnings
Instead of using traditional numbers, consider filling in the spots with pictures of certain New Year's Eve decorations like horn blowers, hats, confetti. Associate each symbol with a number. Make a chart keeping track of all the symbols, and refer to it when a number is chosen. Instead of calling the number, call the symbol.
