How to Add to the Server Junk Email Lists
Microsoft Outlook features junk email lists that include addresses that are blocked from sending emails to users on the email server. By adding a name to a junk email list in your individual Outlook email folder, the name is also added to the system-wide list for all addresses that are on the same server. Blocking junk emails from your email server can help protect users from malware and potential viruses.
