How to Resize Photo Images
Images that are downloaded from your camera are often quite large and need resizing. Resizing transfers and displays images faster on websites and in email applications that limit the size of images users can upload. In Windows operating systems, users can resize images with Microsoft Paint. Microsoft Paint is a built-in graphics program that performs basic functions such as resizing and cropping images and adding shapes and text.
