Release stagnation in the stomach and aid digestion with pressure applied to the point found in the muscle between the two leg bones, four finger widths below your kneecap.

  2. Step 2

Cross one ankle over the opposite knee. Use the pad of your thumb to press the point found on the inner arch, one finger width behind the ball of your foot, to calm your stomach, eliminate gas and stimulate circulation.

  3. Step 3

Eliminate gas using the point found where the two bones meet on the top of your foot between your big toe and second toe. Apply firm pressure for 1 minute and release.

  4. Step 4

Move congestion from the stomach and relieve anxiety as you apply pressure to the point two finger widths above the inner crease of the wrist between the two bones of the forearm.
