How to Exchange Mailbox Storage Limits

Microsoft Exchange Server can store all the mailboxes in your company or organization. As an administrator, you can use the "Exchange Management Console" to change the mailbox quota of a specific user. This provides more storage space for users who receive more than the average number of emails daily or receive large attachments. You can also use this tool to decrease the storage quota of a user who does not need the assigned storage space. Please note: You need administrative rights and privileges to perform this task.
