How do I Disable Ad Blocking & Pop-Up Window Blocking?
Pop-up windows are small windows from your Internet browser that open over the current website on the screen. Pop-ups often appear when you land on a website and are usually created by advertisers, according to Microsoft. In some cases, pop-up windows may present useful information, and some Web pages ask you to turn off your Internet browser's built-in ad or pop-up blocker. To view these websites that make legitimate use of pop-up windows, configure your browser to allow pop-up windows.
