How to Search for the Price History of a House
Searching for the price history of a house can be a smart thing to do before buying or selling a property. If you've had the home appraised and see what the selling history is, you can get a decent indication of how much money the previous owners spent on it before buying. If you're attempting to sell a house, the price history can let you know what it has previously sold for, which can give you a broader idea of your house's worth.
