How to Use Turmeric for Colds

How to Use Turmeric for Colds thumbnail
Spices have been used to fight colds, care for wounds and even to aid in pain relief.

For centuries, groups of people have been using herbs and spices to cure what ails them. Some of them are well known, such as the use of Vitamin C to aid in alleviating the symptoms of the common cold. Others, such as the use of turmeric to help with a cold, are not as well known. As with all alternative medicines, it is advised that you consult your health care professional before you take them.
