How to Get Rid of Facial Redness From Acne
One of the problems associated with acne is excessive facial redness. It can be an embarrassing problem that makes acne stand out even more. Instead of trying to cover the redness with makeup, try to keep it at bay. There are natural ingredients that can tame a red face. Things You'll Need
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp. honey
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Water
- Mild soap
- Hot water
- Cotton balls
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- Small bowl
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. milk

Place a peeled banana in a bowl, and mash it with a spoon. Add 2 tsp. honey to the bowl. Mix the honey and banana together with a spoon so it turns into a paste. Scoop up the mixture with your hands and apply it to your face. Leave the mask on your skin for 30 minutes, then wash it off with cold water and mild soap. Repeat this treatment whenever skin gets red, but do not apply the mask more than three times a week.

Bring 1 cup water to a boiling point. Place a chamomile tea bag into the boiling water, and let it steep for 10 minutes. Once the tea has cooled down, dip a cotton ball into the tea, and rub the soaked cotton ball onto your skin. Let the tea dry naturally, and do not rinse it off.

Pour 2 tbsp. water into a small bowl. Add 2 tbsp. milk to the bowl, and stir them together. Splash the mixture onto moist skin, and wash it off with water. The milk will help to calm red skin.
