How to Get a Lost CD Key Back for SWAT 4

Recover your video game CD code if you want to install the game again.

SWAT 4 is a first person, team based shooter game produced for the computer. When installing the video game onto your system you are asked for a CD key. This key allows you to install the video game and without it the installation is impossible. If you have deleted the video game (or reformatted your hard drive) and need to reinstall the game you must recover your lost CD key in order to place SWAT 4 back on the system.

Instructions

1. Look on the back of the CD case that houses the SWAT 4 CD. The key code is printed here in the lower left corner.

2. Check the user manual if you can't find the CD case. Often times the code is printed on the manual.

3. Look for the proof of purchase on the packaging if you can't find the key code on the packaging. Contact Activision (the company that created the video game) via email (navigate to Activition.com, choose "America" and then click "Contact Us"). A subject form appears on the screen. Type in your proof of purchase code and enter in you can't find your key code. They are able to replace your code and send you a new code that works with the game.
