Launch your preferred internet browser. Navigate to AT&T's Pay As You Go Online site.

Enter your phone number in the entry box provided. Enter just the 10-digit number with no symbols.

Enter your four-digit pin number in the next space. Click "Forgot Your Password?" and enter your mobile number to receive an email or text with your new account password. Click "Login" once you input your pin number.
