How to Become a Certified DUI Instructor in Georgia
The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) regulates DUI schools, also known as DUI Alcohol or Drug Use Risk Reduction Program (RRP). Anyone convicted of a DUI (driving under the influence), possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances must attend a DUI course taught by a DUI instructor. The course teaches how to change alcohol or drug use behavior. According to Indeed Job Search Engine, as of June 2010, average DUI salary postings for instructors in Georgia, surpass average nationwide salary listings by five percent.
