How to Convert .WMV to QuickTime on a PC
PC users have become familiar with the Windows Media Video (WMV) file format. Microsoft's Windows Media Player uses it as the standard movie format, as do many Windows-branded devices, like the Zune. The QuickTime Movie (MOV), the WMV's counterpart on Macs, closely resembles the WMV in its video quality and file size. PC users can call on a group of free online converters to turn their WMVs into QuickTime files.
