How to Make Advent Wreaths With Kids
Some Christians use advent wreaths as table centerpieces during the Advent season, which leads up to the Christmas holiday. Advent wreaths consist of greenery arranged in a circle, like Christmas wreaths. Instead of hanging the wreath on a door, advent wreaths sit flat on a table. Different people use different colored candles in their wreaths, including blue, purple and white. Use whatever color candles you see fit. Use either live holly and evergreen branches, or artificial branches you buy at a craft store. Either way, you will have a memorable time making these wreaths with kids.

Tips & Warnings
If you use live plants instead of artificial branches for the wreath, make sure to add water to the bowl on a daily basis.
Ensure the candles do not burn down to the plants to avoid a fire.
