  • Warm water
  • Face wash
  • Face cloth
  • Antibacterial soap
  • 1 tbsp. honey, olive oil, vitamin E oil, aloe vera gel or grape seed oil

      Rinse face with warm water, lather face wash over the skin, rinse face wash off and dry face with the face cloth. Cleansing the face is important because it needs to be free from dirt and germs that cause the acne spots that lead to acne scars, and there is no need to massage the dirt and germs into the skin and face.

      Wash hands with soap before massaging the acne scar. Dip fingertips into the honey, oil or gel you decided to massage the skin and face with.

      Massage the natural honey, oil or gel into the acne scar for three minutes gently and slowly, or until it is absorbed into the scar. Doing this will help treat and reduce the appearance of the acne scar and help brighten and even out skins appearance for clearer skin. You will want to massage the acne scar or scars three to four times a day to help speed up fading and healing.

  • Acne scars can be massaged with 1 tbsp. of lavender, tea tree, almond or jojoba oil if you are allergic to the honey, olive oil, vitamin E, aloe vera gel or grape seed oil. If you are allergic to these ingredients you should not use them for massaging the acne scars with.

  • Some of the natural ingredients can be expensive such as the olive oil and grape seed oil, and some can be very affordable such as the aloe vera gel and honey.

  • The longer you can massage the acne scar the faster it will heal and fade away.

  • If your acne spots are infected, you should get them checked out by your doctor or dermatologist for proper treatment. Massage may make the infection worse and cause scarring.
