Cut thin slices of tomato and lemon. Lay the lemon slices on the areas of the skin affected with pimples, and then lay the tomato slices on top of that. Both of these naturally acidic fruits fight off infection and pimples. Leave them on the skin for 10 minutes, then rinse the skin with cool water. If your skin is sensitive, use only one of these fruits at a time instead of both.

Create an acne fighting mask by mixing equal parts plain yogurt and honey. Apply it to the face and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water. Yogurt is cleansing and will ward off bacteria that causes pimples. Honey is also antibacterial, and it soothes irritated skin, helping broken skin heal.

Mix a little yogurt with aspirin crushed into powder to form a mask. Aspirin is great in the fight against acne and pimples because it contains beta hydroxy acid that helps unclog pores and kill infection. Apply the mask to the face and leave it for about 10 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

Tips & Warnings
Always rinse the face or other acne-prone areas of the body with cool water. It closes pores and helps protect them from reinfection.
Before applying these treatments, place a warm wash cloth over the face to open the pores and allow the ingredients to really get in and clean them out.
Perform the skin masks only twice a week. Doing so more often may be harmful to the skin.
Do not try to treat cystic acne at home. Consult a doctor.
