  • Oatmeal
  • Honey
  • Yogurt

      Add 2 tbsp. of honey, 1/4 cup of raw oatmeal and 1/4 cup of plain yogurt to a blender. Blend all the ingredients together on medium speed for 1 minute. The blended ingredients should be a thick paste. Pour the contents from the blender into a small container.

      Cleanse your face with your favorite facial cleanser or with a simple splash of lukewarm water. Apply the blended oatmeal, honey and yogurt to the face, using your fingertips. Gently massage it into the skin in a circular motion, avoiding the delicate areas around the eyes. Your face should be completely covered in the form of a mask.

      Leave the facial mask on for 15 minutes. As the the mask dries, your skin will begin to tighten. Wash your face with lukewarm water until all the oatmeal is removed. Splash cold water on the face to close the pores and use a towel to pat your skin dry.

Tips & Warnings

  • Apply lemon juice to your face before going to bed to keep the skin glowing.

  • Do not use bar soap on your face. Bar soap dries out the natural moisture from the skin.
