      Choose a school that offers an X-ray technician degree online. There are many schools in the United States that offer associate and bachelor's degree programs to students who wish to specialize in this field. Be sure to choose an accredited institution, and consider each school's graduate employment success rate, the coursework offered and the transferability of course credits to other educational institutions.

      Apply for admission. Once you have chosen an online X-ray technician college, submit an application online or in person. You'll need to provide proof of high school graduation.
