How to Change the Google Maps Icon
If you have a Google account, you can save maps you search for using Google Maps. When add locations to a map, an icon called a "placemark" shows up on the map to mark the location. The default icon looks like a blue teardrop. If you don't like the default placemark icon, you can change it by editing the placemark.
