Homemade Skin Whitening Mask

Whitening agents are used by people seeking fairer complexions. While commercial whitening agents are available, many of them contain chemical bleaching agents that are bad for the health of your skin. Homemade skin whitening masks are easily made from everyday ingredients, and are nourishing for the skin, as well as helping to lighten the complexion, and even out the skin tone. Skin whitening masks can be applied to the face and neck, or even to the arms and legs to lighten skin tone.

Tips & Warnings

  • Apply a whitening mask daily until the desired results are achieved, then weekly to maintain the skin shade.
  • Don't use lemon juice on its own without first testing your skin for sensitivity. If you use lemon juice on its own, apply weekly, rather than daily.
