Navigate to a site that provides fax-to-email services and set up an account. Some popular websites are Send2Fax, SmartFax and MaxEmail.

Log on to your email account and create a new message.

Enter your message text as you normally would and add any attachments that you want to send.

Add the following string to the "To:" text box:
0123456789@MyFaxService.com
Change 0123456789 to the phone number of the fax recipient and "MyFaxService" (without quotes) to the URL of your fax service. Check the documentation provided by your fax-to-email service to get this value.

Click "Send" to send your email. The service will receive the email, convert it into a fax and route it to the phone number that you entered in the "To" field.
