Natural Way to Remove Bags Under Eyes

Save

Dark circles and bags under eyes is a common and almost daily occurrence for many people. If you do not want to spend money on expensive creams and serums, you can remove dark circles and bags by making slight changes to your lifestyle and diet.

  • Sleep at least eight hours every night. Lack of sleep often leaves you with a set of dark eyes.

  • Keep your head elevated when you sleep. This will help drain out any fluids that accumulate when you sleep.

  • Place a frozen bag of peas over your eyes when you wake up. Keep the bag over your eyes for at least 10 minutes to reduce any puffiness.

  • Drink eight to 10 glasses of water every day. In addition, cut down on the amount of caffeine you drink every day.

  • Take multivitamins that contain B vitamins, iron and vitamin E. These vitamins are essential to healthy skin.

  • Reduce the amount of salt in your diet. Salt retains water and contributes to puffy eyes.

  • Quit smoking. Smoking damages your skin and often makes dark circles and bags worse. At the very least, cut down on the amount of cigarettes you smoke every day.
