How to Clean a Braun Electric Razor

Electric razors have revolutionized morning routines for men who shave every day. These razors have lots of moving parts, and they're all made of stainless steel. If your razor isn't kept clean and well-maintained, that quick shave in the morning can become a hair-ripping experience. To prevent such an experience, clean out your Braun razor once a week.

Things You'll Need

• Liquid soap
• Towel
• Light machine oil

Instructions

1. Place the head of the razor in the sink and turn on the hot water. Let the hot water wash off the head of the razor. Apply the liquid soap to the surface of the razor and then wash off the soap using the hot water.

2. Push the buttons on the sides of the Braun electric razor, up by the blades, then pull off the foil top and the blades underneath. Rinse them off with the hot water.

3. Lay out a towel on the counter and put the razor components on it to air dry. Reassemble the razor when the components are dry, then apply a drop of the machine oil onto the foil of the razor.
