How Do I Change Proxy Settings?
Proxy servers provide users with Internet access. Some businesses use proxy servers to control Internet bandwidth and usage. These proxy server settings are configured in the user's browser. The browser uses the proxy server settings to connect to the server, which then requests Internet services depending on the permissions set by the administrator. Users or administrators can change proxy server settings in the Web browser.
