3
Lay the flowers face up on a paper towel. Cover the flowers with a second sheet of paper towel, making sure the flowers are covered and no petals show from beneath the paper towel.
-
4
Place a phone book on top of the flowers to press them flat. Keep pressing the flowers for two weeks.
-
5
Fold your card stock in half to 8.5 by 5.5 inches.
-
6
Arrange the pressed flowers on the card front in a pattern you like.
-
7
Remove the flowers and mark with pencil where you had placed them on the card front.
-

Brush decoupage glue over your pencil marks on the front of the card.
-

Tips & Warnings
Use flowers with thin petals like pansies or daisies. Flowers like these are easier to glue to the card than flowers with thick petals, such as marigolds.
You can also use thin leaves, seeds and grasses to add variety to your card.
