Log in to the Clearwire control panel. It can be accessed via the main Broadband page.

Make sure that your email accounts are active and properly set up. If no account is set up, click the "Set up email address" button in the control panel and follow the onscreen instructions.

    • 3

Click "View/edit" under the "Accounts ready to use" section of the control panel. If you are having problems logging in to your email account, you can reset your password here. If you want to delete an email account and create a new one, you can also do this in the "View/edit" section.

Visit the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" section if you are having problems receiving email messages. You can access this section by logging in to the Web mail and clicking "settings." Ensure your filter settings are correct. If you are not receiving an email that you are expecting, it will most likely be due to a filter setting that is too strong.

Click "Save changes" every time you leave a section of the control panel. Log out of your Web mail account and log back in to see if your account is now working properly.
