How to Fix Clearwire Emails
Clearwire, a wireless Internet service provider based in Washington state, specializes in selling PC cards with service plans attached. The plan allows you to use your laptop to connect to the Internet anywhere a signal can be received from a cell tower. The company also provides a modem-based service. Each subscription comes with five email accounts that have a maximum storage capacity of 6 gigabytes each. You can log in to an email control panel if you are experiencing any problems with your account.

Visit the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" section if you are having problems receiving email messages. You can access this section by logging in to the Web mail and clicking "settings." Ensure your filter settings are correct. If you are not receiving an email that you are expecting, it will most likely be due to a filter setting that is too strong.

Click "Save changes" every time you leave a section of the control panel. Log out of your Web mail account and log back in to see if your account is now working properly.
