How to Convert Walk in Freezer to Refrigerator
If you own a restaurant or simply a large house, you may have your own walk in freezer. This gives you the ability to store a great deal of food for long periods of time. However, if you want to store produce it is best to use a refrigerator, but if you don't have a fridge of this size you may use the freeze as a refrigerator. Because a freezer has an adjustable temperature gauge, it is possible to convert it over to a fridge, as long as you don't also have items you want to freeze (it may be used as one or the other, but not both). Does this Spark an idea?

1
Remove all the food that needs to stay frozen and place it into a different freezer.
-
2
Turn the freezer completely off if ice has accumulated around the walls of the walk in freezer. Because the ice is going to melt once you turn it to a fridge, you don't want it to drip all over your food (and possibly damage or destroy it).

Adjust the temperature gauge to above freezing. Any temperature below is freezing and you may damage your food. Set the freezer temperature to around 39 or 40 degrees. This is going to be on the very highest available temperature for the walk in freezer. Keeping it at this temperature turns the freezer into a fridge, without forcing you to purchase a new fridge.

4
Bring in the food when the temperature read out states you have reached your desired temperature.
