  • Oatmeal
  • Baking soda
  • Water

      Add and mix 2 tsp. of oatmeal and 1 tsp. baking soda. It is not necessary to level off the spoon, simply fill the spoon to overflowing.

      Add enough water as you stir to create a paste. Add the water slowly so the paste does not liquefy.

      Apply the mixture to the skin by hand. Allow it to sit for approximately 1 minute. Rub gently with your fingertips, moving upward in a circular motion.

      Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a cotton face towel. Moisturize your skin immediately after removing the facial exfoliator.
