How to Unclog a Freezer Drain
It is important to properly maintain your freezer to keep it running well and your food cold. Self-defrosting freezer have drains that prevent condensation buildup inside the freezer. Locate the freezer drain at the bottom of the freezer.

Insert a piece of stiff wire to force out the clog.

Flush out the drain with hot water from a meat baster. This will shoot the water through the drain to flush out any leftover debris.

Wash out the drain pain, located below the freezer drain, with warm soapy water.
