How to Publish a Web Page With IIS
Short for Internet Information Services, Microsoft IIS provides web server functionality and a collection of feature extension modules. Though not enabled by default, all modern versions of the Windows operating system come with IIS preinstalled. As a result, it has become the web's second-most popular web server package, trailing only Apache. Because IIS is tightly integrated with the standard Windows interface, publishing web pages to the server is a very quick task. Once you know where to look, the process takes just a few clicks.
Instructions

1
Open the folder containing the web page you want to publish.

-
5
Right-click within the newly opened folder and select "Paste." Your web page publishes to the IIS Web server immediately.
