How to Start the PMP Certification Process
A Project Management Professional (PMP) is a professional certification provided by the Project Management Institute. According to PMI, the PMP credential recognizes knowledge and skill in leading and directing project teams and in delivering project results within the constraints of schedule, budget and resources. The PMP certification is not open to everyone; candidates must validate that they meet the educational and professional requirements set forth by the PMI before embarking on the credential process. The credential process concludes with a passing grade on the PMP exam.
