How to Uninstall Windows Live Toolbar
You can install Windows Live toolbar on your Internet browser. With it, you can search with the Bing search engine and you can access your email or MSN account. If you installed the Windows Live toolbar and no longer use it, you can uninstall it from your computer. The methods for uninstalling the toolbar vary slightly, depending on which operating system you use.

Click the Start button and select "Control Panel" from the menu. You can manage your computer's settings and programs here.

Click "Add or Remove Programs."

Select "Windows Live Toolbar" and then click "Remove."

Click "Continue" to verify that you want to remove the Windows Live toolbar from your computer. The program will uninstall.
Windows Vista or Windows 7

Open the Start menu and click "Control Panel."

Double-click "Programs and Features."

Select "Windows Live Toolbar" from the list of programs and then click "Uninstall."

Click "Continue" when a window opens asking if you want to uninstall the Windows Live toolbar. The toolbar will begin uninstalling from your computer.

Tips & Warnings
A quicker way to access the programs list for your computer is to click the Start button and enter "appwiz.cpl" in the "Run" or "Search" box. This will open the programs list and you can bypass going through the Control Panel.
