How to Rate & Share Smug Mug Photos

SmugMug is a photo-sharing website that allows members to create a profile and upload an unlimited number of images. If the photographer allows it, you can purchase a print of your favorite photo. Membership isn't free, but you don't have to register an account to participate in basic activities like rating, sharing and commenting on photos.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the SmugMug image that you want to rate and share.

2. Place your mouse cursor over the image to display the ratings menu. Click the green "Thumbs Up' icon to give the image a positive rating. Click the red "Thumbs Down" icon to rate the image negatively.

3. Click "Share" and select "Share by E-mail" to send the photo in an email message. Enter your email address, the email address of the recipient and a brief message, then click "Preview E-mail." Click "Send E-mail" to send the message.

4. Select "Get a Link" from the "Share" menu to get a link directly to the image. You can post this link on social networking sites or forums to share the image with multiple people. Click "Copy" next to the box containing the link to copy it to your clipboard.
