How to Make an Oxi Clean Paste for Removing Stains

OxiClean is a powder-form stain-removal product. When mixed with water, its ingredients work together to remove stains. Hard-to-remove stains might require more OxiClean, which is safe to use on most fabrics and surfaces. Avoid using it with bleach or on wool or silk.

Things You'll Need

• Bowl
• OxiClean powder
• Tablespoon
• Water

Instructions

1. Scoop 2 tbsp. of OxiClean powder into the bowl.

2. Add 1 tbsp. of hot water. Stir the water and powder together with the spoon.

3. Add 1/2 tbsp. of hot water if the OxiClean is too powdery. The mixture should be the consistency of toothpaste.

4. Scoop the paste out of the bowl and put it on the stain. Gently rub it into the fabric with your fingertips.

5. Rinse the garment off with cold water or put it in the washing machine.
