How to Remove Messenger Contacts

MSN, or Live Messenger, is an instant messaging program that comes with Microsoft Windows. It's also compatible with Yahoo Messenger as well. You can add friends on Messenger that you can message using the program. However, if you don't want someone on your contact list anymore, deleting them from your list is the best option.

  Right-click on the contact in Windows Live Messenger you want to remove.

  Choose "Delete Contact" from the list that appears.
- 3
  
  Choose the option to block the contact in the window that appears, if desired.
- 4
  
  Click "Delete contact" to remove the contact.

Tips & Warnings

Once you have deleted a contact, you will need to request a connection again to re-add that contact.
