Instructions

    • 1

Put your safety goggles. Spray paint is airborne and can blow into your eyes if they are left unprotected.

    • 2

Move your furniture to a well ventilated and covered area. This is important to keep your furniture dry in case a storm rolls in and warm because the cold weather will prevent the paint from drying.

    • 3

Cover the surrounding area with plastic to protect near objects from being painted.

    • 4

Shake the can of spray paint to properly mix the paint inside the can. Make sure to hold the can with the spray nozzle pointed away from you in case it accidentally sprays.

    • 5

Hold the can 8 inches away from the piece of furniture you are painting and press down the spray button on top the spray paint can. Spray a light coat of paint over the furniture, make sure not to spray the same area longer than a fraction of a second. Spraying a thick coat of paint will greatly increase the drying time especially in cold weather conditions.

    • 6

Let the light coat of paint dry completely, then reapply another light coat of paint to darken the color. Use a blow dryer or heater to accelerate the drying process. Repeat this process until the desired covering and color is achieved.

Tips & Warnings

  • Do not look into the nozzle on the spray paint can.

  • Keep the spray paint out of reach of children.

  • Spray paint is combustible so keep away from open flames and heat sources.
