      Click "Start" and "All Programs", then choose the MTV Video Converter tab. This launches the software on your screen.

      Select the "Add" button in the lower left side of the screen. Choose the video file you want to convert and click "OK." The file will load into the "Source" selection screen.

      Check off the box next to the imported video, then select the video format you want to convert the file to (located under the "Profile" selection).

      Choose a location to save the file to by clicking "Output," then setting the folder you wish to save the converted file to. Click the large "Start" button in the lower right corner of the program screen. The video will convert to the format you have chosen.
