How to Create a Drivers CD for a Computer
A "driver" file tells a computer's operating system how to use a particular piece of hardware connected to the machine. Creating a drivers CD is a good idea prior to reformatting a computer, allowing a user to avoid the hassle of having to find the necessary driver files following the reformatting. This procedure will generally take 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the number of devices on the computer.
